They Said She Died

About this book

Four years ago, Emma Cole was told her newborn daughter had died.

Then an unmarked envelope arrives with a recent photograph of a little girl. On the back are four words: YOUR DAUGHTER DIDN’T DIE.

The girl has Grace’s crescent-shaped birthmark. Emma needs to know who took the photograph—and why someone wanted her to believe her child was dead.

Claire Mercer has seen what happens when the Bluebell Files are opened. As she follows the code written on the photograph, a trail of hidden records leads back to the people Emma trusted most. Someone knows where Grace is. Someone has spent four years keeping mother and daughter apart.

And now they know Emma is looking.

They Said She Died is Book Two of The Bluebell Files, a psychological thriller about a mother’s search for her daughter and the secrets buried behind an official story.
