eBooks and audiobooks bought on Blockzworld
Your digital download is available after payment is confirmed.
If your download fails, is incomplete, or the file will not open, email support@blockzworld.com with your order reference, the book title and a description of the problem. We will provide a working copy at no extra charge.
If the digital content is faulty or not as described, your legal rights still apply. If we cannot put the problem right, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Cancelling a digital purchase
You may cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of placing your order by emailing support@blockzworld.com with your order reference. Downloading the file does not remove this right under our current checkout process.
Where a refund is due, we will return it to your original payment method without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit.
Paperbacks bought on Amazon
Paperback purchases are completed through Amazon. For delivery, returns or refunds, use the options shown in your Amazon order.
