What we collect and why
Blockzworld has no customer accounts or contact form. Search and category filters run in your browser. When you buy a digital edition, Stripe Checkout processes the order and payment. We use order information and any emails you send to deliver the file, answer support requests and maintain purchase records. The usual legal bases are performance of a contract for order fulfilment, legitimate interests for security and support, and legal obligations for required records. We do not ask you to email payment card details.
Hosting and security
Our website host and Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to serve and protect the website and downloads. We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes and for applicable record-keeping obligations; our providers maintain their own retention policies.
Cookies
The Blockzworld pages do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page to operate and secure payments. If we add optional tracking on our pages, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
Payments and downloads
Stripe hosts the payment page and handles payment information under its own privacy notice. Blockzworld uses a Stripe order reference to confirm the purchase. The purchased file is stored privately with Cloudflare R2 and delivered through a Cloudflare Worker after payment confirmation. We may use purchase and correspondence records to handle support, refunds, accounting and disputes. We do not receive your complete payment card number through this website.
Your rights and contact
Blockzworld is the trading name used for this bookshop. Our store is online only so you are unable to collect any books in person - all digital downloads are online and paperbacks are sent via amazon. You can ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights by emailing support@blockzworld.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
